About our Presenters

Ken Jett is a Managing Director with Hines and is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. During his 18 year tenure at Hines, he’s acquired & managed over 50 projects across multiple geographies and asset classes valued at $6.5B. He’s been a key contributor in the management of multiple global Hines sponsored investment vehicles from inception through disposition. Prior to Hines, Ken was a commodity trader with Cargill, Inc. and he holds a B.A. from U.C Davis & an MBA from Rice University.

Jeff Walters is a Regional Director with Hines and is in his 10th year at the firm in charge of raising capital for their retail investment funds on the West Coast. Jeff has 21 years of industry experience in this role with various firms, such as with The Hartford Mutual Funds. He has a Business degree from the University of Washington, and holds the CFP ® and CMFC ® designations.

    • Non-member: $50
Fee includes online attendance at the program and continuing education (CE) credit as approved by the accrediting authorities. FPA files for CE on attendees' behalf but does not have the authority to approve programs. Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom invitation link and other access details. Registration fees includes the presentation and materials as provided by the speaker and Continuing Education (CE) credit as appropriate.

Continuing Education (CE) Credit

FPA has received approval for one (one) hour of continuing education (CE) credit through the CFP Board for this program and Oregon Division of Financial Regulation.

FPA applications for approval to the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner was denied. It is solely at the discretion of these entities only for approval, not FPA. Please note while FPA files CE credit for each of our offerings, credit is not guaranteed for this or any program. For approved programs, participants must prove participation in the full extent of the activity for FPA to file on your behalf. This is typically tracked upon logging in and out of the webinar, as well as verified through a unique code/ID announced during the program. Be sure to provide your appropriate certification numbers on the registration form for accurate filing on your behalf.
